Drive aggressive outbound sales to expand TestMu AI's presence in the APAC region.
THE PILLARS OF IMPACT
1. Pipeline Generation (50%)
– Develop and execute targeted outbound strategies for APAC.
– Identify high-potential prospects and convert them to opportunities.
– Consistently meet and exceed monthly sales targets.
– Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline.
2. Sales Execution (30%)
– Utilize CRM tools to manage leads and track progress.
– Collaborate with sales team to optimize outreach strategies.
– Conduct thorough prospecting, discovery, and probing to qualify leads.
3. Market Insights (20%)
– Understand market dynamics within the APAC region.
– Provide feedback on client needs and competitor activities.
– Leverage insights to refine sales and marketing strategies.
MUST-HAVES - DO NOT APPLY UNLESS YOU HAVE THESE
– 2-5 years of experience in aggressive outbound B2B SaaS sales
– Strong track record of quota attainment
– Strong lead generation and pipeline-building capabilities
– Excellent prospecting, discovery, and probing skills
– Hands-on experience with CRM and sales tools such as Sales Navigator and HubSpot

Outbound sales proficiency: Demonstrated success in aggressive lead generation and pipeline development.
Regional expertise: Deep understanding of APAC B2B sales landscape.
Tool proficiency: Experience with Sales Navigator and HubSpot for lead management.
YOUR PATH
Reports to Head of APAC sales, Jitender Goswami. Within 1.5-2 years, potential growth to senior BDR or account executive/ account management roles based on performance.
