Role Summary

We are looking for an Application Support Specialist with experience in Loan Origination Systems (LOS) and Oracle FLEXCUBE Lending Modules . The ideal candidate should possess strong banking domain knowledge in lending operations, loan servicing, and production support.

Key Responsibilities

Provide application support for Oracle FLEXCUBE Loan Modules and LOS applications.
Manage and support end-to-end lending processes including loan origination, disbursement, servicing, collections, recovery, and closure.
Support loan products such as Retail, Corporate, MSME, Agriculture, and Overdraft facilities.
Verify loan account setup, interest calculations, repayment schedules, and accrual processes.
Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve production issues, incidents, and service requests.
Perform impact analysis for system enhancements and changes.
Support regulatory reporting, MIS, compliance, and reconciliation requirements.
Collaborate with business users, technology teams, and external partners to ensure smooth operations.
Monitor application performance and provide timely issue resolution.
Manage stakeholder expectations and support project delivery activities.

Required Skills

2-3 years of experience in Banking Application Support.
Strong understanding of lending lifecycle processes and loan servicing.
Experience with Loan Origination Systems (LOS) and Oracle FLEXCUBE Lending Modules.
Understanding of delinquency management, NPA processing, provisioning, rollover, and rescheduling.
Hands-on experience with SQL/Oracle queries.
Knowledge of Windows Servers and application support environments.
Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Preferred

Experience in Retail Banking, Corporate Banking, or Lending Operations.
Understanding of regulatory reporting and banking compliance requirements.
Experience working with production support and incident management processes.
Exposure to vendor management and stakeholder coordination.
