Your Impact

We are seeking an experienced Java & UI Developer with 4+ years of hands-on experience in backend and frontend development. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable web applications using Java technologies and modern UI frameworks.

This role requires a keen eye for code quality, system performance, and troubleshooting production issues while ensuring compliance with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps best practices.

What The Role Offers

4+ years of hands-on experience in Java/Java EE, Spring Boot
Hands-on experience with Python
Hands-on experience with Spring Boot / Spring MVC
Experience in RESTful APIs and microservices architecture
Good understanding of AI/ML concepts and Generative AI technologies, including LLMs, prompt engineering, AI APIs, and AI-assisted application development
Good understanding of Cloud technologies, preferably AWS, Azure, or GCP
Front-end experience with Angular / React / JavaScript
Good understanding of HTML5, CSS3, Bootstrap
Proficiency in PL/SQL and relational databases (e.g., MySQL, Oracle, PostgreSQL)
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, DevOps, and automated deployment processes.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Strong understanding of multi-tenant applications and scalability challenges.

Good To Have

Experience in ETL tools like Open Text Integration Center, Informatica and SSIS other third party ETL tools
Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure)
Knowledge of Docker/Kubernetes
Experience with Agile/Scrum Methodologies
Understanding of document management, content lifecycle, workflow, metadata, and enterprise content repositories
Product-oriented mindset – Ability to think beyond just coding and focus on overall business impact.
Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
Excellent communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and take ownership of deliverables.
Passion for continuous learning and improvement.
