About the Role

The Manager will oversee daily operational workflows for Investor Relations, ensuring timely and accurate processing of tasks. This role requires strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills to manage resources across Mumbai and Manila team members, while driving efficiency through technology and process improvements.

Key Responsibilities

• Review work queues, prioritize tasks, and assign work to team members.
• Ensure all deliverables meet strict deadlines and quality standards.
• Measure and manage team performance through KPIs and regular feedback.
• Implement enhancements to technology and operational workflows.
• Assign testing responsibilities for new systems/processes and collect feedback for continuous improvement.
• Prepare and deliver daily and weekly operational reports to senior management.
• Manage Mumbai and Manila Staff
• Act as a strong communicator to ensure clarity and alignment across teams and stakeholders.

Key Qualifications & Competencies

• Minimum 4 years’ experience in investor services, with at least 18 months in managerial role
• Proven experience in operations management within financial services or investor relations.
• Strong organizational and prioritization skills.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
• Ability to manage deadlines in a high-pressure environment.
• Familiarity with workflow automation and technology implementation.
• Proficiency in MS Office and operational reporting tools.
