Judiciary Gold is Toprankers' flagship vertical for Judicial Services (PCS-J) exam preparation across states, covering Prelims, Mains, and Interview stages.
Role Purpose
Lead subject-matter delivery and academic strategy for Judiciary Services aspirants — designing curriculum, delivering high-impact lectures (offline/online), mentoring students, and ensuring measurable improvement in test performance and selection ratios.
Key Responsibilities
Teaching & Content Delivery
- Deliver lectures for Judiciary Prelims and Mains (Substantive Law, Procedural Law, Constitutional Law, and state-specific statutes as applicable)
- Conduct doubt-clearing sessions, answer-writing workshops, and mock interview panels
- Deliver both offline (centre) and online (live/recorded) sessions as required
- Design/update study material, notes, and question banks aligned to current exam patterns across target states
- Develop test series content and model answers for Mains answer-writing
- Track syllabus/pattern changes across state judiciary exams and update content accordingly
- Monitor student performance through tests and assignments; provide targeted feedback
- Mentor students on strategy, time management, and exam temperament
- Take ownership of batch-level result outcomes (selection ratio, test score improvement)
- Work with Academic Head and Centre Heads on batch planning, scheduling, and resource allocation
- Coordinate with content/design teams for study material production
- Provide input to marketing on academic credibility content (webinars, YouTube, promotional sessions) if required
- Postgraduate/Graduate in Law (LLM preferred); judiciary exam qualified or strong teaching track record in judiciary prep is a strong plus
- Minimum 3–5 years teaching experience in Judiciary/Law exam coaching (adjust per seniority target)
- Demonstrated command over core law subjects tested in judiciary exams (CrPC, CPC, IPC, Evidence Act, Constitution, etc.)
- Prior experience preparing students for specific state PCS-J exams is preferred
- Strong subject command + ability to simplify complex legal concepts
- Excellent classroom/online delivery and communication skills
- Answer-writing evaluation expertise
- Data-oriented approach to tracking student performance
- Ability to work with content/tech teams for digital delivery
