You'll be working with the Aftersales team — a group that runs on coffee and an infectious passion for building products that have never been built before. Our Flexible Energy Stack consists of the e^pack (battery pack) and e^pump (charging station), which unlock 15-minute rapid charging.

What you’ll own:

The Head of Spare Parts will strategically lead and manage the end-to-end spare parts business for our automobile OEM operations. This role is fully responsible for inventory management, dealer supply chain efficiency, pricing strategies, and parts warranty management to maximize profitability, ensure parts availability, and drive high customer satisfaction across the network.

What you’ll do:

Inventory & Supply Chain Management

  • Demand Forecasting: Establish robust forecasting models to balance high parts fulfillment rates with optimal inventory holding costs.
  • Warehouse Operations: Oversee central and regional distribution centers to ensure lean warehouse management and timely dispatch.
  • Procurement Collaboration: Partner with Manufacturing and SCM teams to secure consistent supply of genuine components.

Dealer Distribution & Logistics

  • Supply Network: Optimize the logistics and distribution framework to ensure timely parts delivery to authorized dealer networks.
  • Dealer Support: Act as the primary escalation point for dealers regarding parts availability, emergency orders, and logistics constraints.
  • Order Management: Implement automated ordering systems to streamline dealer procurement processes.

Pricing & Profitability Strategy

  • Commercial Pricing: Define and implement strategic pricing structures for spare parts, balancing competitive positioning with OEM profit margins.
  • Market Benchmarking: Regularly analyze competitor pricing and aftermarket parts threats to adjust commercial strategies.
  • Revenue Growth: Design incentive schemes, loyalty programs, and parts campaigns for dealers to boost parts revenue.

Warranty & Quality Management

  • Warranty Claims: Oversee the parts warranty evaluation process to validate claims from dealers efficiently.
  • Scrap & Return Policy: Establish strict policies for parts return, core exchanges, and the disposal of scrap components.
  • Technical Feedback: Track early parts failures and collaborate with PQuality to report systematic component defects..

What you’ll bring:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical/Automobile Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or Business Administration.
  • Experience: Minimum of 10–12 years of experience in spare parts management within an Automobile OEM, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in ERP systems / DMS and advanced inventory planning tools.
  • Competencies: Strong commercial acumen, negotiation skills, data-driven decision-making, and deep knowledge of automotive dealer network dynamics.
