Job Description :

We are looking for an experienced Power BI Developer with strong expertise in dashboard development, data visualization, data modeling, and reporting. The candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining interactive Power BI dashboards and reports based on business requirements.

• Design and develop interactive Power BI dashboards and reports.
• Gather reporting requirements from business stakeholders and convert them into effective visualizations.
• Develop optimized data models using Power BI.
• Create complex calculations and measures using DAX.
• Perform data extraction, transformation, and cleansing using Power Query.
• Connect Power BI with various data sources such as SQL Server, Excel, Azure, APIs, and other databases.
• Develop and maintain dashboards for business, operational, financial, and management reporting.
• Optimize report and dashboard performance.
• Implement Row-Level Security (RLS) and appropriate access controls.
• Publish and manage reports and dashboards in Power BI Service.
• Schedule data refreshes and troubleshoot data refresh and connectivity issues.
• Work with stakeholders to understand KPIs, metrics, and reporting requirements.
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and visualization standards.
• Maintain technical documentation for dashboards, reports, and data models.

• Strong hands-on experience in Power BI Dashboard Development
• Power BI Desktop and Power BI Service
• Strong DAX knowledge
• Power Query / M
• Data modeling and relationships
• Strong knowledge of SQL
• Experience with interactive dashboards and data visualization
• Experience with multiple data sources
• Understanding of ETL / data transformation
• Experience with Row-Level Security (RLS)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills
