Design, develop, and enhance solutions on the ServiceNow platform, primarily within ITSM. Work on story implementation, customization, and enhancements in existing modules. Analyze current ITSM setup and recommend best practices, optimizations, and governance improvements. Identify opportunities to introduce automation, workflow improvements, and new capabilities. Collaborate directly with customers to gather requirements, provide solutioning, and ensure high-quality delivery. Contribute across non-ITSM modules such as HRSD, CSM, or SPM good to have.
