Job Summary

We are looking for a hands-on BI / Data Analytics Specialist to support enterprise BI, reporting, and analytics initiatives across manufacturing and corporate functions. The role involves developing Power BI dashboards, SQL-based analysis, data models, KPI reporting, and analytics solutions while working closely with business, IT, and data engineering teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and enhance Power BI dashboards and reports for manufacturing, supply chain, procurement, sales, finance, and executive KPIs.
  • Build data models, DAX measures, Power Query transformations, and reusable BI components.
  • Analyse data from SAP/S4HANA, Salesforce, MES, AWS/Redshift, Excel, and other enterprise sources.
  • Translate business requirements into KPI definitions, reporting logic, datasets, and dashboards.
  • Perform data validation, reconciliation, troubleshooting, and root-cause analysis for data-quality issues.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders, IT, data engineering teams, and implementation partners.
  • Support predictive analytics and AI use cases such as demand forecasting, production, procurement, sales, and inventory analytics.
  • Maintain documentation for data sources, KPI definitions, data models, and dashboard logic.

Required Skills
  • 5-7 years of experience in BI / Data Analytics / BI Development.
  • Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Power BI, DAX, Power Query, and data modelling.
  • Strong SQL skills with enterprise/relational databases.
  • Experience with star schemas, semantic models, KPI logic, and report performance optimization.
  • Experience with AWS / Amazon Redshift; AWS S3/Glue exposure is an advantage.
  • Experience working with SAP/S4HANA, Salesforce, MES, or other enterprise data sources.
  • Strong analytical, communication, stakeholder management, and documentation skills.

Preferred Skills
  • Manufacturing / Industrial Analytics experience.
  • Knowledge of KPIs such as OEE, yield, downtime, production output, inventory, procurement, sales, and finance.
  • Python or PySpark for analytics/automation.
  • Exposure to predictive analytics / AI use cases.
  • Power BI PL-300 or relevant AWS certification is a plus.
