To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a Senior Analyst - Accounts Receivables in Chennai.

What a typical day looks like:

In charge of ensuring timely generation and submission of invoices for Shipment and Services.
Initiate actions for early identification and resolution of disputes with the customer.
Contact customer (email and calls) and confirm receipt of shipment, Invoices, upcoming payment dates and invoice to be paid.
Facilitate timely accounting of Funds Credited to Flex Bank account.
Reporting activities - Generate and update Weekly AR reports, prepare AR/GL recons.
Ensure completion of Month end accounting activities as per the corporate calendar.
Holding up audit requirement for the function assigned.
Experience in Order to Cash process or AR functions (Invoicing, Collections ,Cash Application and MIS) function.
Strong Knowledge of Finance and Accounting Concepts. Good written & oral communication skills. Proficiency in MS Office.

Should be flexible to work in shifts and support Month end per business needs.

Analytical and Problem-solving skills.

The experience we’re looking to add to our team:

Typically requires a minimum of 2 to 3 years of related experience.
B. Com / B.C. S / M. Com / MBA /BBA/ BBM, any other commerce and Accounts Stream degrees, also any other finance related professional certification either courses completed or in pursuit (as required to deliver the Principal Accountabilities).
