Specialist Manager, Talent Development

The learning and development team works closely with business leadership to design, develop and deliver training curriculum that translates to on-the-job performance and delivers business results.
Work you'll do
As a Specialist Manager, Talent Development on the Learning & Development team, you will be responsible for:
- Designing and curating end-to-end development journeys across career levels for Enterprise Solutions professionals in USI.
- Managing enterprise-wide learning programs, including governance, stakeholder coordination, facilitator alignment, and delivery execution.
- Enhancing and optimizing curriculum offerings across channels to align with business priorities, learner needs, and capability goals.
- Analyzing learning consumption data, learner feedback, and program outcomes to provide reporting and recommendations to leadership.
- Managing annual planning, budget tracking, reforecasts, accruals, invoice tracking, and spending governance for ES-wide learning programs.
The Enabling Areas Learning team, delivers business-focused, innovative learning and development programs, thoughtfully designed to help Deloitte’s 17K internal professionals best serve their internal clients at every stage of their careers. Through the work of this team, development at Deloitte is not just about education – it is a vital part of Deloitte’s leadership culture.
Location: Hyderabad
Shift Timings: 11 AM to 8 PM
Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
- 9-14 years of experience in learning and development, talent development, training, or program management.
- Experience designing and managing end-to-end learning programs across career levels.
- Experience managing curriculum governance, stakeholder coordination, and program delivery operations.
- Experience analyzing learning data and preparing reporting or recommendations for business stakeholders or leadership.
- Experience managing budgets, forecasts, accruals, invoices, or annual planning processes for learning programs.
- Experience supporting learning strategies for multiple business sectors or professional populations.
- Experience designing learning solutions using education, experience, and exposure approaches.
- Experience working with facilitators, faculty, internal stakeholders, or external vendors to support learning delivery.
- Experience applying adult learning practices in curriculum or program design.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Microsoft Excel.
