We are looking for a Prompt Engineer who can design, test, evaluate, and continuously improve prompts and AI interactions for real-world customer conversations.

This is a hands-on role involving prompt engineering, dialogue design, conversation flows, AI output evaluation, edge-case handling, and continuous optimization of AI agents.

Location: Bangalore, Karnataka

Job Type: Full-time (On-site)

Experience: 0-2 years

What You’ll Work On

• Design and optimize prompts for LLM-powered applications and AI voice agents.
• Create natural, structured, and reliable AI conversations.
• Design dialogue flows for different customer scenarios.
• Test prompts against real-world inputs and edge cases.
• Identify hallucinations, repetitive responses, incorrect behaviour, and instruction-following issues.
• Develop test cases and evaluation frameworks for AI responses.
• Experiment with different prompting techniques and LLMs.
• Work with context, memory, structured outputs, tool/function calling, and conversation history.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to improve AI workflows.
