Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Relationship Manager. The Sales Relationship Manager will build and manage long-term relationships with customers, dealer partners, and insurance stakeholders to drive insurance sales and retention. Daily responsibilities include identifying sales opportunities, presenting suitable insurance solutions, negotiating terms, and closing sales in line with company targets. The role also involves coordinating with internal teams and insurers for smooth policy issuance, renewals, and claim support, while ensuring a high standard of customer service. The Sales Relationship Manager will track performance metrics, prepare sales reports, gather market feedback, and contribute to the continuous improvement of sales and relationship strategies.

Qualifications
- Minimum 3 to 5 years of solid experience in client relationship management, motor insurance, and dealer channel management.
- Candidates should possess strong Business Relationship Management skills to develop, nurture, and sustain partnerships with customers, dealers, and insurance partners.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills, including clear verbal and written communication, presentation abilities, and active listening.
- Candidates should possess foundational Finance skills to understand insurance pricing, product features, and basic financial concepts relevant to general insurance.
- Candidates should possess proven Sales skills, including prospecting, needs analysis, solution selling, and closing deals in a target-driven environment.
- Candidates should possess Sales Management capabilities to track performance, manage pipelines, forecast volumes, and support implementation of sales strategies.
- Additional beneficial qualifications include experience in insurance or automotive sales, customer service orientation, proficiency with CRM or sales tools, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- MBA, BE, or B.Tech from a recognized university.
