We are looking for an experienced SAP DMS Consultant with strong hands-on experience in SAP Document Management System, preferably in SAP S/4HANA implementation and rollout projects.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities

Configure and support SAP DMS in SAP S/4HANA.

Work on Document Info Records (DIR), Document Types, Status Management, Version Management and Object Links.

Configure document storage, retrieval, authorization and document lifecycle processes.

Integrate SAP DMS with MM, PP, PM/EAM, PS, PLM and other SAP modules.

Work with SAP Content Server and external document repositories.

Support document migration, mapping, validation and mass upload activities.

Prepare functional specifications and coordinate with ABAP/technical teams.

Support SIT, UAT, Cutover, Go-Live and Hypercare activities.

Troubleshoot DMS configuration, authorization, storage and integration issues.

Work with business users and stakeholders for requirements, testing and training.

Required Experience

5+ years of hands-on SAP DMS experience.

Experience in at least 2 SAP implementation/rollout projects.

Strong SAP DMS configuration experience.

Good knowledge of DIR, Document Types, Status Networks, Version Management and Object Links.

Experience with SAP Content Server or external repositories.

Experience integrating DMS with SAP MM, PP, PM/EAM, PS or PLM.

Good understanding of document migration and implementation lifecycle.

Strong communication and troubleshooting skills.
