- Strong experience in professional hotel/resort kitchens
- Good knowledge of food production and kitchen operations
- Strong leadership and team-management skills
- Ability to maintain food quality and consistency
- Knowledge of hygiene, food safety and kitchen SOPs
- Ability to manage kitchen operations during busy service periods
- Good communication and coordination skills
- A professional and disciplined approach to kitchen management
