The Ideal Candidate Should Have
- 2–4 years of relevant HR experience
- Previous experience in the hospitality/hotel industry will be an advantage
- Strong knowledge of HR payroll processes
- Good understanding of employee lifecycle and HR operations
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to coordinate effectively with employees and different departments
- Professional approach towards employee relations and workplace requirements
- Good organizational and administrative skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced hospitality environment
The selected HR Executive will support the People & Culture function and contribute to smooth day-to-day HR operations.
Responsibilities May Include

- Supporting daily HR and People & Culture operations
- Managing and coordinating payroll-related activities
- Maintaining employee records and HR documentation
- Supporting attendance and leave management
- Coordinating with various hotel departments regarding employee-related matters
- Assisting with employee engagement and communication
- Supporting onboarding and joining formalities
- Maintaining HR reports and records
- Ensuring HR processes are followed according to company policies
- Supporting the HR team in day-to-day administrative activities
- Assisting with employee queries and coordination
- Contributing to a positive employee experience within the hotel
