About The Role
We are seeking a Cloud Engineering Specialist with 5–7 years of experience in Microsoft 365 products and the CIS SharePoint domain. The role focuses on delivering enterprise collaboration, productivity, and SharePoint solutions while ensuring security, governance, and operational efficiency.
Job Description
The candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, administering, and supporting Microsoft 365 collaboration services, including SharePoint Online, Microsoft Teams, and OneDrive. The role requires strong expertise in enterprise SharePoint environments, M365 integrations, and troubleshooting complex service-related issues.
You will work closely with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams to translate requirements into scalable solutions, improve user engagement, and optimize collaboration across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Implement and administer Microsoft 365 services, with a focus on SharePoint Online and collaboration tools.
- Gather business requirements and translate them into effective M365 solutions.
- Manage SharePoint site collections, permissions, and lifecycle processes.
- Integrate M365 applications to streamline business workflows and improve productivity.
- Troubleshoot complex Microsoft 365 and SharePoint infrastructure issues.
- Maintain documentation for M365 configurations, customizations, and workflows.
- Provide technical guidance and support to end users and internal teams.
- Monitor service usage, participate in incident management, and conduct root cause analysis.
- Stay updated with Microsoft 365 features and recommend continuous improvements.
