The HR Executive may be involved in supporting various day-to-day Human Resources activities within the resort, including employee coordination, HR administration and communication.
Typical Responsibilities May Include
- Supporting daily HR operations
- Coordinating with employees and departmental teams
- Assisting with recruitment and manpower requirements
- Supporting onboarding and joining formalities
- Maintaining employee-related documentation and records
- Assisting with attendance and leave-related coordination
- Supporting employee engagement activities
- Coordinating HR communication across departments
- Assisting senior HR team members with administrative requirements
- Helping maintain professional workplace standards
- Supporting the overall employee experience within the property

Working in hotel and resort HR provides exposure to a diverse workforce and multiple operational departments, including Front Office, Food & Beverage, Culinary, Housekeeping, Engineering, Sales, Finance and Administration.
