Project Manager ArcGIS Utility Network ArcGIS Enterprise Upgrade
Role Summary
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead and oversee ArcGIS Enterprise 115 upgrade initiatives and Utility Network UN implementationmigration programs for utility clients The role will manage endtoend delivery stakeholder engagement vendor coordination project governance risks and successful transition from legacy GIS platforms to modern Utility Network architecture
Key Responsibilities
Lead ArcGIS Enterprise upgrade and Utility Network transformation programs from planning through production rollout
Coordinate business GIS infrastructure and application teams to ensure successful delivery
Manage project schedules budgets risks dependencies and executive reporting
Drive migration from Geometric NetworkArcFM to ArcGIS Utility Network
Oversee data migration testing cutover and hypercare activities
Ensure integration readiness with enterprise systems such as Maximo SAP OMS and other utility applications
Facilitate architecture reviews design workshops governance forums and stakeholder communications
Manage onsiteoffshore teams vendors and client leadership interactions
Required Qualifications
10 years of IT projectprogram management experience
Proven experience delivering ArcGIS Utility Network implementation or migration projects
Experience managing ArcGIS Enterprise 10x11x upgrade programs
Strong knowledge of utility operations including Electric Gas or Water networks
Familiarity with ArcGIS Pro Enterprise Geodatabases FME Python and GIS integrations
Experience with Agile and Waterfall delivery methodologies
Excellent stakeholder management leadership and communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
ESRI Utility Network or ArcGIS Enterprise certifications
Experience with North American utility clients
Exposure to cloudbased GIS environments AzureAWS
PMP PMIACP or equivalent project management certification
