About The Role
We are seeking an experienced IBM Maximo Technical / Techno-Functional Consultant with at least 8 years of Maximo experience, including one complete implementation. The role focuses on Maximo application development, integration, workflow customization, and technical support, with strong hands-on expertise in Java. The candidate will work directly with clients and support implementation and application maintenance initiatives.
Job Description
The position involves designing, developing, and supporting IBM Maximo solutions across business and technical environments. The candidate will work with Maximo modules, including finance and procurement, and contribute to integration, reporting, workflow, and automation activities.
The role requires experience integrating Maximo with ERP systems, configuring security groups, and working with relational databases and SQL scripting. The candidate should be comfortable handling client-facing responsibilities and supporting development and application support projects aligned with the UAE business calendar and holidays.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, customize, and support IBM Maximo applications.
- Contribute to Maximo implementations, including technical and techno-functional activities.
- Design and develop integrations between Maximo and ERP systems.
- Implement and maintain BIRT reports, workflows, Java solutions, and automation scripts.
- Configure Maximo security groups and related access settings.
- Work with RDBMS technologies and SQL scripting for application support and development.
- Collaborate directly with clients to understand requirements and deliver technical solutions.
- Support application development and maintenance projects according to UAE business calendars and holidays.

- At least one complete Maximo implementation as a technical or techno-functional consultant
