About the Role

We’re looking for a Network Engineer - Forescout NAC L2 with strong hands-on experience in Network Access Control, endpoint authentication and enterprise network security.

You’ll be responsible for supporting and troubleshooting Forescout NAC environments, managing authentication and endpoint compliance, resolving network access issues and working on security policies and integrations across enterprise networks.

This role is suited for someone who has worked in a production enterprise environment and is comfortable owning incidents, troubleshooting authentication issues and coordinating infrastructure changes.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and support Forescout CounterACT / NAC infrastructure.

• Troubleshoot authentication and network access issues involving 802.1X, RADIUS, TACACS+ and MAB.

• Perform device profiling, endpoint visibility and posture assessment.

• Configure and manage endpoint compliance and NAC policies.

• Support integration with Cisco switches and enterprise network infrastructure.

• Troubleshoot endpoint authentication and network access failures.

• Handle incidents, perform root-cause analysis and prepare RCA documentation.

• Implement approved network and security changes.

• Work closely with network, security and infrastructure teams during incidents and changes.

• Support day-to-day Network Security Operations in an enterprise environment.

Required Experience & Skills

• 4–6 years of overall experience in Network Engineering / Infrastructure.

• Strong hands-on experience with Forescout CounterACT / NAC.

• Good understanding of 802.1X, RADIUS, TACACS+, MAB, Device Profiling, Posture Assessment and Endpoint Compliance.

• Strong knowledge of Cisco Switching and Routing & Switching.

• Experience handling production incidents and troubleshooting authentication failures.

• Experience working in enterprise network environments.

• Good incident management and troubleshooting skills.

• Ability to work independently at an L2 support level.
