Primary Responsibilities

Design, develop, and deploy machine learning models and advanced statistical analyses to solve business problems
Build and maintain scalable data pipelines and feature engineering workflows for model development and product ionization
Perform exploratory data analysis (EDA) to uncover trends, patterns, and insights
Develop and optimize predictive and prescriptive analytics solutions
Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into data science use cases and solutions
Work with large, complex datasets across cloud platforms (e.g., Snowflake, Azure, AWS)
Ensure model performance, scalability, and reliability through monitoring and continuous improvement
Communicate findings effectively through visualizations, dashboards (Tableau/Power BI), and storytelling

Required Qualifications

Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience
6+ years of experience in Data Science / Advanced Analytics
Experience with machine learning frameworks (Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch)
Hands-on experience with ETL processes and data engineering concepts
Experience working with cloud-based data platforms and big data technologies
Deep understanding of statistical modeling, predictive analytics, and AI techniques
Solid proficiency in Python/R, SQL, and data manipulation libraries (Pandas, NumPy)
Proven expertise in data visualization and storytelling using Tableau or Power BI
Proven solid problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business problems into analytical solutions

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with MLOps, model deployment, and API integration
Knowledge of NLP, deep learning, or optimization techniques
Proven exposure to domain-specific analytics (e.g., healthcare)
