We are on a lookout for a Monitoring Coordinator who will be responsible for measuring impact, from managing MIS system and tracking compliance to coordinating impact assessments, the role ensures every programme outcome is captured, measured, and shared effectively.
Primary Responsibilities
- Implementation and review of CSR Monitoring and Evaluation Frameworks, in alignment with CSR regulations, SDGs, OECD evaluation criteria, Social Return on Investment (SROI), and impact assessment methodologies.
- Monitor project performance against defined indicators, track programme outcomes, conduct beneficiary verification, and manage feedback tracking systems with timely action closure.
- Manage and maintain the digiMIS platform, project databases, SharePoint repositories, and ensure data accuracy, documentation standards.
- Coordinate Monthly Review Meetings, Town Halls, and Annual Reviews, including scheduling, documentation, action tracking, and circulation of Minutes of Meeting.
- Compile and submit quarterly CSR compliance reports, support audits, and ensure adherence to organisational SOPs, guidelines, and reporting protocols.
- Coordinate impact assessments, annual activity reporting, and programme visibility initiatives by consolidating data, evidence, success stories, and impact narratives.
- Work closely with programme, IT, communications, and leadership teams to provide data-driven insights for decision-making and continuous programme improvement.
- Strong understanding of Monitoring & Evaluation (M&E) frameworks, CSR regulations, SDGs, OECD evaluation criteria, Social Return on Investment (SROI), and impact assessment methodologies.
- Proficiency in MIS management, data validation, database administration, SharePoint, and digital reporting systems.
- Advanced skills in MS Excel, PowerPoint, data analysis, dashboard preparation, and report writing.
- Excellent documentation, presentation, communication, and stakeholder coordination abilities.
- Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving capability, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple deadlines simultaneously.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality, ensure compliance, drive process improvements, and work collaboratively across geographically dispersed teams
Master’s degree in public health, Social Work, Sociology, any Post-graduation.
Experience
3 - 4 Years of relevant work experience in CSR projects.
