We're Hiring: E-commerce Operations Executive | D2C Brand | Ghaziabad

We're a growing D2C brand looking for a sharp, hands-on Operations professional to own our daily dispatch, inventory, and warehouse coordination. If you love structured processes, hate missed deadlines, and know Unicommerce like the back of your hand — this role is for you.

What you'll do:

Process billing/invoicing for daily dispatch (accurate order details, shipping labels)

Maintain a daily tracker of shipments, returns, RTOs, and replacements across channels

Manage inventory & stock — reconciliation, low-stock alerts, replenishment coordination

Coordinate daily with warehouse, packing & logistics staff to hit dispatch deadlines

Operate Unicommerce for order processing, inventory sync, and stock/listing updates

Plan and communicate the daily operational schedule to floor staff

Coordinate with courier partners for pickups, delays, and NDR follow-ups

Raise & follow up on Unicommerce/courier support tickets till closure

Track dispatch SLAs and flag bottlenecks before they become problems

Maintain daily/weekly MIS reports — dispatch volume, RTO %, inventory accuracy

Audit packing quality against SOPs to reduce damage-related returns

Support monthly stock audits/cycle counts and report discrepancies

Coordinate with customer support on order-related complaints

Assist in cataloging/stock-tagging new SKUs across marketplaces & website

What we're looking for:

• 1–4 years of experience in e-commerce/D2C operations, warehouse, or logistics

• Hands-on experience with Unicommerce (mandatory)

• Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills

• Excellent coordination and attention to detail

• Comfortable managing a team under daily deadlines

• Graduate in any discipline; supply chain background is a plus

• Must be based in or willing to relocate to Ghaziabad
