Technical Lead – Product & AI

We are looking for a passionate Engineering Lead to take our AI-powered hiring platform to the next level — building them into scalable, enterprise-grade solutions trusted by organizations globally. 

You will be the technical backbone of Hiready, driving architecture and product development while ensuring our current and future products are innovative, reliable, and built for scale.

Key Responsibilities : 

Lead the design, architecture, and scaling of Hiready's core products.

Ensure enterprise readiness: SSO, security, compliance, reliability, and integrations.

Build and integrate AI-driven features across the product suite

Establish engineering best practices: code quality, CI/CD, monitoring, security.

Collaborate with founders, customers and client partnership teams to deliver impactful features.

Build, mentor and lead a high performing team of developers, engineers

What we are looking for : 

Strong background in full-stack engineering (Node.js/Express, React/Next.js, TypeScript, PostgreSQL/MongoDB).

Experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS, Docker/Kubernetes, serverless) and scalable SaaS architectures.

Familiarity with AI/LLM stacks and integration into products

Proven ability to take a product from build to enterprise scale.

Passion for building world-class, user-focused products.

Nice to have : Any prior experience of working on HR-tech solutions
