We are looking for a responsible and hands-on Site Execution Handler (Supervision) to manage and supervise day-to-day site execution activities. The person will be responsible for coordinating with workers, contractors, vendors, and the internal team to ensure that work is completed according to approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, and timelines.

The ideal candidate should be comfortable working on-site, managing multiple activities simultaneously, and taking ownership of site-level execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and monitor day-to-day site execution activities.


• Coordinate with contractors, workers, vendors, and other site personnel.


• Ensure work is carried out according to approved drawings, designs, and specifications.


• Monitor quality of workmanship and ensure proper execution.


• Track daily progress and report updates to the management/project team.


• Plan and coordinate manpower, materials, tools, and equipment required at the site.


• Identify and resolve day-to-day site execution issues.


• Coordinate with the design/technical team whenever clarification is required.


• Ensure materials are properly received, checked, stored, and utilized at the site.


• Monitor project timelines and ensure activities are completed as scheduled.


• Maintain daily site reports, work progress records, material records, and other required documentation.


• Ensure proper safety practices and housekeeping at the site.


• Coordinate between different teams to avoid delays and execution conflicts.


• Conduct regular site inspections and provide photographs/progress updates to management.


• Take responsibility for overall site-level coordination and execution.

Diploma / ITI / Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Interior Design, Construction Management, or a related field.1–4 years of relevant site supervision/execution experience preferred.Good understanding of construction/site execution processes.Ability to read and understand basic drawings and layouts.Good communication and coordination skills.Ability to manage workers and contractors effectively.Problem-solving and decision-making ability at the site level.Basic knowledge of MS Excel, WhatsApp, email, and digital reporting tools.Willingness to travel locally and work at project sites.Ability to work independently and take ownership of assigned responsibilities.
