Ø About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Finance Head to lead our Accounts & Finance function in a growing real estate organization.
The role will involve managing the Accounts & Finance team, project-wise financials, cash flow, compliance, MIS and overall financial controls. The person should be hands-on, responsible and capable of working directly with senior management.
Ø Key Responsibilities
- Accounts & Finance
ü Review of accounting, ledgers, bank reconciliation and finalization of accounts
ü Monitoring project-wise expenses, costing and profitability
ü Managing receivables, payables and vendor payments
- Finance & Cash Flow
ü Monitoring project budgets and expenses
ü Managing fund flow and working capital
ü Identifying financial risks and reporting them to management
- Statutory & Compliance
ü Coordinating with auditors and consultants
ü Maintaining proper documentation and audit-ready records
- MIS & Reporting
ü Preparing budget vs. actual reports and variance analysis
ü Providing financial information and recommendations to the Managing Director
- Team Management
ü Assigning responsibilities and monitoring team performance
ü Ensuring accuracy, timely completion and proper financial controls
Ø What We’re Looking For
8-12 years of experience in Accounts & Finance
Experience In Real Estate / Construction Industry Preferred
Experience in managing an Accounts & Finance team
Strong knowledge of accounting, taxation, GST and TDS
Good understanding of cash flow, budgeting and project costing
Experience in MIS, audits and financial reporting
Hands-on experience with Farvision ERP/ Tally and MS Excel
Strong analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills
High level of accuracy, integrity and confidentiality
