Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day General Finance & Accounts activities.
- Manage end-to-end Record to Report (R2R) activities, including journal entries, general ledger, provisions, accruals, prepayments, and account reconciliations.
- Manage the complete Accounts Payable (AP) cycle, including invoice verification, accounting, approval, vendor reconciliation, payment processing, and outstanding monitoring.
- Maintain accurate General Ledger (GL) and ensure proper accounting of financial transactions.
- Review journal entries, accruals, provisions, prepayments, depreciation, and other month-end adjustments.
- Perform Bank, GL, vendor, customer, and balance-sheet reconciliations.
- Ensure timely and accurate accounting in accordance with company policies and applicable accounting standards.
