The ideal candidate understands that:

What We're Looking For

We are looking for someone who:

Thinks beyond lead volume and focuses on lead quality and revenue

Can independently manage both paid campaigns and tracking infrastructure

Understands how Meta and Google learn from conversion signals

Can troubleshoot tracking issues instead of simply reporting them

Has a strong ROI and performance-driven mindset

Is comfortable working with marketing, CRM, analytics, and technical teams

Takes ownership and can work independently

Uses data to make decisions rather than assumptions

Important

This role is not just a campaign management position.

We specifically need someone who understands the connection between:

Paid Ads + Tracking + CRM + Attribution + Lead Quality + Revenue

If you have only managed Meta/Google campaigns but have no hands-on experience with CAPI, offline conversions, CRM integrations, or conversion tracking, this role may not be the right fit.

We're looking for someone who can build, run, track, troubleshoot, and optimize the entire performance marketing ecosystem — not someone who only knows how to launch campaigns.
