Making an impact. What will you do?
- In this role you will perform preventive, predictive, routine, and breakdown maintenance of compressors, pumps, turbines, heat exchangers, and storage systems
- Further you will troubleshoot mechanical failures and implement effective corrective and preventive actions
- Additionally, you will conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and drive equipment reliability improvement initiatives
- Supporting installation, commissioning, startup, shutdowns, and major overhaul activities is a part of your responsibility
- Furthermore, you will ensure safe operation and maintenance of cryogenic systems, pipelines, and storage vessels and comply with safety standards, HAZOP, PTW, LOTO, risk assessments, and statutory requirements
- Likewise, you will maintain maintenance records, schedules, work orders, and reliability KPIs through SAP/CMMS systems
- Moreover, you will coordinate with operations, engineering teams, vendors, and contractors to ensure plant reliability and continuous improvement
- You have a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering with three to six (3-6) years of experience in process plants, preferably in Air separation unit, petrochemical, or cryogenic industries
- Analytical thinking and problem-solving are required in this role
- Adaptability to shift operations and high-pressure environments
