Isiri Technologies INC is looking to hire experienced LN BAAN Developers through the Eazyway Platform. Candidates should have strong hands-on experience in LN/BAAN development and EDI, with experience in developing custom sessions, reports, integrations, APIs, BDE, ION Flows, custom scripts, and technical solutions.

The ideal candidate should be comfortable working in an Agile development environment, translating functional requirements into technical designs, optimizing queries and batch programs, managing deployments, and supporting complex debugging and performance-tuning activities.

Key Responsibilities

1. LN / BAAN Development

• Develop, test, and implement features based on prioritized user stories and acceptance criteria.

• Develop custom sessions, reports, and integrations using LN and BAAN tools.

• Develop scalable and maintainable solutions according to business requirements.

• Translate functional documents and requirements into technical designs.

• Write technical specifications based on functional requirements.

• Develop quality code following established development standards and best practices.

2. EDI & Integration Development

• Develop and maintain EDI-based integrations between business systems.

• Develop integration components using BDE, APIs, ION Flow, and custom scripts.

• Design and implement integrations based on functional and technical requirements.

• Troubleshoot integration issues and ensure reliable data exchange.

• Support existing integrations and implement enhancements as required.

3. Custom Sessions, Reports & Scripts

• Develop custom LN/BAAN sessions based on business requirements.

• Develop customized reports and reporting solutions.

• Create and maintain custom scripts to support business processes.

• Develop batch programs and optimize them for performance.

• Analyze existing customizations and recommend improvements where appropriate.

4. Technical Design & Development

• Analyze user stories, requirements, and acceptance criteria.

• Provide technical input and effort sizing for development stories.

• Evaluate complexity, dependencies, and unknown technical aspects of individual requirements.

• Design technical solutions that meet business requirements.

• Participate in code reviews and follow development standards.

5. Performance Optimization

• Optimize SQL queries and batch programs for improved performance.

• Write complex SQL statements for application and data-processing requirements.

• Perform profiling and performance tuning.

• Identify performance bottlenecks and recommend appropriate solutions.

• Analyze application and database performance across different modules.

6. Debugging & Issue Resolution

• Perform complex debugging across LN/BAAN applications and integrations.

• Fix defects and technical issues based on the prioritized backlog.

• Perform cross-module impact analysis before implementing changes.

• Troubleshoot application, integration, batch, and database-related issues.

• Provide technical solutions and document root causes where required.

7. Agile Development & Product Squad Collaboration

• Work within a Product Squad using an Agile development methodology.

• Participate in sprint planning, development, testing, and delivery activities.

• Deliver high-quality features within agreed timelines.

• Collaborate with Product Owners, developers, testers, and other stakeholders.

• Continuously identify opportunities for improving development practices and delivery quality.

Experience & Qualifications

• Experience: 4–5 years of experience in LN/BAAN development.

• Strong hands-on experience with LN/BAAN development.

• Experience with EDI and enterprise application integrations.

• Experience developing custom sessions, reports, and integrations using LN/BAAN tools.

• Experience with BDE, APIs, ION Flow, and custom scripts.

• Experience translating functional requirements into technical specifications and designs.

• Strong SQL skills, including the ability to write complex SQL statements.

• Experience with query and batch-program performance optimization.

• Experience with profiling and performance tuning.

• Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills.

• Experience with cross-module impact analysis.

• Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments.

• Knowledge of Bartender and FactoryTrack is an advantage.

• Knowledge of Unix/Linux environments is an advantage.

• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Qualification: Graduation.
