About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Analytics Engineer who is passionate about data and eager to build a career in analytics and business intelligence. The ideal candidate should have a strong foundation in SQL and Python, along with experience using modern BI and visualization tools.

You will work closely with data engineers, business stakeholders, and product teams to transform raw data into meaningful insights through data modeling, ETL pipelines, dashboards, and reports. This role provides an excellent opportunity to work on real-world analytics projects and develop expertise in modern data platforms and cloud technologies.

Key Responsibilities

• Extract, clean, transform, and validate data using SQL and Python.
• Develop, maintain, and optimize ETL/ELT pipelines for reliable data processing.
• Design and build interactive dashboards and reports using BI tools
• Analyze business data to identify trends, patterns, anomalies, and actionable insights.
• Assist in designing and maintaining data models for reporting and analytics.

Required Skills

Technical Skills

• Strong knowledge of SQL
• Good programming skills in Python for data processing and analysis.
• Experience with at least one BI/dashboarding tool
• Basic understanding of ETL/ELT concepts and data pipelines.

Preferred Skills

Candidates with exposure to any of the following will have an added advantage:

• Cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
• Workflow orchestration tools such as Apache Airflow.
• Data warehouses such as Snowflake, Amazon Redshift, Google BigQuery, or Azure Synapse.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, Statistics, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field.
• 0–3 years of experience in analytics, business intelligence, or data engineering.
• Fresh graduates with strong technical skills and relevant projects are encouraged to apply.
