Hyperlocal Lead

About the Role

We are looking for a Hyperlocal Lead to own and drive day-to-day hyperlocal fleet operations across the network. The role will be responsible for ensuring operational efficiency, strong service levels, cost control, and consistent execution across the fleet.

Key Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end hyperlocal fleet operations across assigned locations.
• Drive fleet performance with a focus on TAT, adherence, RTO, and cost efficiency.
• Monitor fleet capacity and ensure optimum utilization of the available fleet.
• Identify operational gaps and work with relevant teams to improve service levels.
• Track operational performance and take corrective actions wherever required.
• Drive adherence to defined processes and operational SLAs.
• Work closely with city, warehouse, and operations teams to resolve day-to-day operational issues.
• Monitor fleet-related costs and identify opportunities for optimization.
• Ensure smooth execution of new operational initiatives and process improvements.
• Manage escalations and ensure timely closure of critical operational issues.
• Work closely with senior leadership to review performance and drive improvement initiatives.

Ideal Candidate

• Experience in Q-commerce, e-commerce, hyperlocal logistics, or last-mile operations.
• Strong experience in managing fleet/operations at scale.
• Strong understanding of operational metrics and cost management.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and drive execution.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-ownership environment.
