Job Overview
We are looking for a creative and talented Content Creator to join our team and develop engaging, high-quality content across digital platforms. You will be responsible for turning ideas into compelling videos, social media posts, scripts, and other creative content that strengthens our brand presence and engages our target audience.
This is a Full-Time, on-site position based in Lucknow.

Responsibilities
- Develop creative and engaging content for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other digital platforms.
- Create reels, short-form videos, social media posts, stories, blogs, scripts, and promotional content.
- Develop creative concepts and content ideas aligned with brand objectives.
- Write engaging captions, video scripts, headlines, and other marketing copy.
- Research trending topics, formats, hashtags, and audience interests to identify content opportunities.
- Plan and manage content calendars to ensure consistent and timely publishing.
- Record, edit, and optimize videos and other visual content for digital platforms.
- Collaborate with the marketing, design, and social media teams to execute campaigns.
- Analyze content performance, engagement, reach, and audience growth to improve future content.
- Stay updated with social media trends, creator trends, platform updates, and content marketing best practices.
- Experiment with new content formats and creative approaches to increase audience engagement.
- Strong creativity and excellent communication skills.
- Experience in content creation, social media, digital marketing, or a related field.
- Good understanding of social media platforms and current content trends.
- Basic to advanced knowledge of video editing tools such as CapCut, Premiere Pro, After Effects, or similar software is a plus.
- Knowledge of Canva, Photoshop, or other design tools is an advantage.
- Ability to work independently, manage deadlines, and deliver high-quality content consistently.
