BI & MIS ANALYST – POWER BI & SQL EXPERT

We are looking for an experienced Data Analyst with strong expertise in SQL, Power BI, DAX, Power Query, MIS Reporting, and Data Visualization.

Key Responsibilities

Analyze large datasets from company servers and databases.
Write advanced SQL queries for data extraction, transformation, and analysis.
Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports.
Create automated MIS reports and management dashboards.
Work extensively with DAX and Power Query.
Develop dashboards using Google Looker Studio.
Integrate multiple data sources and automate reporting workflows.
Analyze BPO / Call Center operational data and track KPIs.
Monitor productivity, performance, attendance, sales, quality, and operational metrics.
Convert raw data into meaningful business and management insights.
Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and reporting reliability.
Work with Operations and Management teams to identify trends and performance gaps.
