We're Hiring: Customer Care Executive (Female )!

We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Care Executive to join our team in Bengaluru. If you are passionate about helping customers and providing top-notch service, this role is perfect for you! Freshers are welcome to apply.

Location: Whitefiled, Bengaluru, India
Work Mode: Work from Office- 9 am to 6 pm day shift ( Monday to Friday ). Sat & Sun fixed off.

Role: Customer Care Executive (Female)

What You'll Do:
Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally
Resolve customer queries and provide accurate information
Maintain positive relationships with customers
Document customer interactions and feedback
Coordinate with internal teams for issue resolution
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction

What We're Looking For:
Excellent communication skills in English and local languages
Friendly, patient, and empathetic attitude
Ability to work under pressure and multitask
Basic computer skills (MS Office)
Willingness to learn and adapt quickly
Female candidates only; freshers encouraged to apply
