About the Role

JeevanSetu Insurance is expanding its health insurance advisory network in Lucknow and is looking for motivated individuals to work as Health Insurance Advisors for ManipalCigna Health Insurance.

The role is primarily focused on helping individuals and families understand their health insurance requirements and choose suitable ManipalCigna health insurance products.

You will be responsible for developing customer relationships, generating and following up on enquiries, explaining policy features clearly, and supporting customers through the application and policy issuance process.

This is a customer-facing sales and advisory opportunity and is well suited to candidates who are comfortable speaking with people, building relationships and working towards sales goals.

What You'll Do

- Understand customers' health insurance requirements, family needs and budget.

- Explain relevant ManipalCigna health insurance products, benefits and key policy conditions in a clear and simple manner.

- Help customers understand important aspects such as coverage, exclusions, waiting periods, co-payment and other applicable terms.

- Generate leads through referrals, personal networks, local outreach and other business-development activities.

- Follow up with prospective customers and manage enquiries through to conversion.

- Prepare quotations and assist customers with proposal forms and required documentation.

- Coordinate with the insurer's team for proposal processing, underwriting and policy issuance.

- Maintain regular follow-ups with existing customers and support policy renewals.

- Build long-term relationships and generate business through referrals and repeat customer engagement.

- Keep yourself updated on ManipalCigna products, processes and applicable insurance guidelines.

Who We're Looking For

We are open to both experienced candidates and freshers.

You may be a good fit if you:

- Have good communication and interpersonal skills.

- Are comfortable meeting and speaking with customers.

- Have an interest in sales and financial protection products.

- Can explain information patiently and clearly.

- Are comfortable using a smartphone, WhatsApp and basic digital tools.

- Are willing to learn health insurance products and complete the required training/certification.

- Can work independently, follow up consistently and take ownership of your customers.

Previous experience in health insurance, life insurance, banking, financial services, sales, customer service or field sales will be an advantage, but it is not essential.
