Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Technical Recruiter with 2-5 years experience based in Bengaluru. The Technical Recruiter will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, which includes sourcing, interviewing, evaluating, and onboarding technical candidates. Additional day-to-day responsibilities involve collaborating with hiring teams to understand their needs, creating job descriptions, and maintaining effective communication with candidates throughout the recruitment journey.

Qualifications
- Experience with Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Hiring
- Proficiency in Technical Recruiting and general Recruiting practices
- Strong Communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with candidates and hiring managers
- Experience in candidate sourcing through various platforms and networks
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Proven understanding of the tech industry and related roles is highly desirable
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
