Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced SailPoint Developer to design, develop, and support Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions using SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ) and/or IdentityNow (ISC). The candidate will work on implementing identity governance workflows, provisioning, access certification, and integration with enterprise applications for a leading end client.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and configure SailPoint IIQ / IdentityNow modules including provisioning, certifications, workflows, and policies
• Develop custom connectors (JDBC, Web Services, Delimited File, etc.) and integrate SailPoint with target applications (AD, LDAP, SAP, databases, cloud apps)
• Build and customize workflows, rules, and forms using BeanShell/Java scripting
• Implement Role-Based Access Control (RBAC), Access Certifications, Separation of Duties (SoD), and Access Request workflows
• Configure and manage Lifecycle Events, Password Management, and Account Provisioning/De-provisioning
• Perform application onboarding into SailPoint including source configuration and correlation rules
• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues related to identity governance processes
• Collaborate with client stakeholders, architects, and security teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions
• Support upgrades, patches, and performance tuning of the SailPoint environment
• Prepare technical documentation, design specs, and unit test cases
• Ensure compliance with client security policies and audit requirements

Required Skills:

• 5+ years of overall IT experience with strong hands-on expertise in SailPoint IdentityIQ and/or IdentityNow (ISC)
• Strong programming skills in Java, BeanShell, XML
• Experience with SailPoint workflows, rules, forms, and custom connectors
• Solid understanding of IAM concepts: provisioning, RBAC, SoD, certifications, lifecycle management
• Experience integrating SailPoint with AD, LDAP, databases, and enterprise/cloud applications
• Knowledge of REST/SOAP APIs and web services integration
• Experience with SQL and relational databases
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum delivery methodology

Good to Have:

• SailPoint certification (IdentityIQ or IdentityNow Engineer/Architect)
• Experience with other IAM tools (CyberArk, Okta, Ping Identity)
• Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS/Azure)
• Prior experience working in a consulting/Big 4 environment
