Job Description – Senior ERPNext Techno-Functional Consultant

About the Role

Bytespoke is looking for an experienced ERPNext Techno-Functional Consultant to lead ERP implementations, drive business process transformation, and deliver technical customizations using the Frappe Framework. The ideal candidate should have strong functional consulting skills along with hands-on ERPNext development experience.

Key Responsibilities

Gather and analyze business requirements.

Conduct GAP analysis and recommend ERP solutions.

Configure and implement ERPNext modules.

Develop customizations using the Frappe Framework (Python, JavaScript).

Build custom DocTypes, Reports, Print Formats, Workflows, and REST APIs.

Perform data migration and third-party integrations.

Support UAT, user training, Go-Live, and Hypercare.

Prepare functional and technical documentation.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver successful ERP implementations.

Required Skills

5+ years of ERP implementation experience.

Minimum 3+ years of ERPNext/Frappe development.

Strong knowledge of ERPNext modules including Finance, Sales, Purchase, Inventory, Manufacturing, CRM, HR, and Projects.

Hands-on experience with Python, JavaScript, MariaDB/MySQL, REST APIs, Git, Docker, and Linux.

Experience delivering end-to-end ERP implementations.

Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred

Experience with AWS/Azure deployments.

Knowledge of AI, workflow automation, and ERP integrations.

ERPNext/Frappe certification is an advantage.
