To identify and develop profitable product opportunities for the US market, manage the product lifecycle from concept through phase-out, and act as the bridge between global product/engineering teams (based in India) and the US commercial organization — ensuring US market needs are represented with full ownership despite the geographic and time-zone distance.

- Understand the US Market
- Track US customer and dealer feedback; convert recurring issues into product improvement or NPD requests
- Identify white-space product opportunities specific to US segment needs (AG, OTR, Construction, UTV, etc.)
- Conduct competitive testing/trials benchmarking against US-relevant competitor products
- Develop Market-Based Product Strategy
- Run secondary research on US market trends, regulatory shifts, and competitor moves
- Maintain a live view of US competitive positioning by brand tier and segment
- Identify product/portfolio gaps specific to the US relative to competition
- Bridge India–US Operations
- Serve as the single point of coordination between India-based Engineering/Manufacturing and US-based Sales, Marketing, and Customer Service
- Proactively flag timezone-sensitive decisions and drive them to closure without delay
- Full Ownership Responsibilities
- Capture, prioritize, and champion product ideas and improvement requests from the US region
- Own opportunity assessment and business case / investment justification for US-specific NPD
- Translate US application/market requirements into product design requirements
- Build subject-matter expertise on assigned product line(s) for the US market
- Support internal training (US Sales, dealers) on new and existing products
- Contribute to US-specific marketing plans, sales collateral, and external communication
- Shared & Contributing Responsibilities
- Support US SKU rationalization — identify low-performing SKUs and recommend corrective action
- Contribute to global roadmap discussions, ensuring US requirements are represented
- Support new product testing and phased US launch execution

- Identify and drive approval of New Product Requests (NPRs) for the assigned US segment
- Own NPR documentation and drive approvals
- Identify SKU rationalization opportunities and execute
- Diagnose low-performing SKUs and drive corrective action plans
- Maintain and update the US product roadmap on a regular period
- Surface and validate new US-specific product requirements

Competencies
- 4–6 years in Product Management or related roles, ideally in tire, OEM, or industrial B2B products
