Work you’ll do:
This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious senior consultant to join a high impact, strategic growth program within Deloitte USI. You will be a member of the Operate marketing team, working across Operate, businesses and member firms, to help activate our external marketing priorities. You will play a pivotal role in the global marketing team, providing campaign operations support with a strong focus on high touch account-based marketing programs.
Key responsibilities may include:
- performance tracking.
- Help coordinate key meetings and account team briefings, including scheduling, preparing materials, documenting actions, and managing follow-up.
- Support Operate Marketing network engagement initiatives, including operations coordination and communications.
- Research and analyze campaign and content performance, using data and insights to optimize future efforts and demonstrate ROI.

Who you’ll work with:
The Operate Team is comprised of professionals with various areas of focus that collectively provide mission critical services to support Operate’s overall success. Whether focused on sales excellence, delivery transformation, quality and risk management, contracts management, finance and operations, capability build, communications and change management, knowledge management, marketing and market intelligence, or other activities, these professionals ensure that our Firm operates efficiently, and our people can effectively serve clients every day.
Qualifications
Required:
- 5+ years marketing experience within professional services.
- Good written and oral communication skills, with the ability and confidence to articulate complex information clearly and concisely.
- Experience contributing to or supporting digital channels, communications and/or marketing campaigns.
- Strong organizational and project support skills, with the ability to manage your own workload and contribute to delivering against deadlines and multiple priorities.
- Confident in interacting with stakeholders and supporting collective outcomes.
- Adaptable and comfortable working in dynamic environments, for example with global teams and cross-functional business stakeholders.
- Able to navigate ambiguity and adapt to changing priorities.
- Has strong initiative, is proactive and able to work effectively both independently and as part of an international, virtual team.
