- A bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Business Management, or a related field.
- CAPM (Certified Associate in Project Management), introductory Agile/Scrum certification, or equivalent project management training is preferred.
- 2+ years of experience in project management, or IT/software execution support.
- Assisting in setting project goals, defining project scope, and coming up with practical plans to meet those objectives.
- Tracking project timeframes, task completion, budget estimates, and updating progress reports under senior guidance.
- Assisting in resource allocation and tracking for projects, including team bandwidth and technical infrastructure.
- Coordinating project team members, scheduling meetings, and documenting individual responsibilities and action items.
- Supporting the implementation of IT delivery strategies to keep projects on schedule and within budget constraints.
- Utilizing project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, MS Project) to track project performance, task status, and schedule adherence.
- Assisting in conducting risk assessments and maintaining risk and issue logs for active projects.
- Organizing regular stand-ups, progress meetings, taking detailed minutes of meetings (MoMs), and following up on pending tasks.
- Assisting in defining project scope boundaries, documenting deliverables, and identifying what is included or excluded from project work.
- Helping identify project resource needs and facilitating smooth communication across internal departments.
- Coordinating team efforts, following up on task assignments, helping keep key team members aligned and motivated.
- Updating project schedules and timelines, ensuring project progress is continuously documented and reported.
- Supporting change management processes when project scope or timelines shift, and aiding in quality assurance for project deliverables.
- Documenting project progress from start to finish and assisting in evaluating outcomes across project stages.
- Managing day-to-day coordination activities of the development and testing teams.
- Facilitating a positive and organized working environment that inspires effective team collaboration.
- Helping explain team workflows and operational processes for teams practicing Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall frameworks.
- Any relevant project management-related experience.
- Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Solid organizational skills including high attention to detail and multitasking abilities.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and familiar with project tracking software.
