JOB DESCRIPTION
- B. Pharm / M. Pharm (preferred) or M.Sc. Chemistry/Life Sciences with demonstrable pharmaceutical quality exposure.
- 4–8 years in pharmaceutical QA — pharma manufacturing, C&F/distribution or GDP-compliant warehousing / 3PL / FTWZ operations.
- Sound working knowledge of GDP (WHO/EU/CDSCO), the Drugs & Cosmetics Rules and customer quality/technical agreements; GMP awareness (Schedule M / WHO GMP) sufficient to support value-added services and customer GMP audits.
- Hands-on experience of deviations, CAPA, change control, risk assessment, self-inspection and document control; practical cold chain, temperature mapping and excursion management.
- Able to face customer and regulatory audits independently and write investigation reports and customer responses.
- SOP writing and implementation across departments; proficient in MS Office and comfortable on WMS and digital quality tools.
