Global Tax & Legal portal team is looking for highly motivated individuals with expertise in communications, attention to detail, positive attitude, presence, and ability to interact across many levels to support delivery of projects.
Work you'll do
As a Specialist, Production on the Global Tax & Legal portal team, you will be responsible for:
- Maintain and publish Global Tax & Legal portal content and HTML pages by applying taxonomy, tagging, archiving, document workflows, and Global Tax & Legal Knowledge Management standards.
- Review portal content and site-maintenance deliverables for completeness, consistency, accuracy, brand requirements, and publishing standards; identify duplicate content before publication.
- Coordinate with Global Tax & Legal business stakeholders and subject matter experts to scope, plan, communicate status for, and deliver portal and site-maintenance projects.
- Manage day-to-day operations for the assigned account, including scope confirmation, work allocation, issue resolution, quality reviews, and performance against quality, service-level agreement, and turnaround-time benchmarks.
- Compile portal-content usage reports, analyze trends, and develop recommendations that support portal improvements and analytics-based measures of success.
- Support the Assistant Manager with project planning and team operations; provide technical and customer-request guidance to analysts; and collaborate with Knowledge Services colleagues to publish visual and interactive portal elements.
This team maintains the Global Tax & Legal intranet portal on Unity. We work closely with Tax & Legal service line S&O leads and various teams within Global Tax & Legal Office to provide up to date information to our Tax practitioners which enables them to learn, deliver and sell. We optimize content for search and conduct regular reviews to ensure the content is fresh and up to date.
Location: Hyderabad/Bengaluru
Shift Timings: 11 AM to 8 PM
Qualifications
Required:
- 3-5 years of experience in content management or knowledge management.
- Experience maintaining and publishing intranet or web content through content-management or knowledge-management platforms.
- Experience applying taxonomy, content tagging, archiving, and document workflow standards to web content.
- Experience creating or maintaining web pages using Hypertext Markup Language (HTML), Cascading Style Sheets (CSS), JavaScript, jQuery, Bootstrap, SharePoint, InfoPath, or Nintex.
- Experience using Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint to prepare reports, metrics, or dashboards.
- Experience supporting project scoping, planning, resource mapping, work allocation, scheduling, or quality reviews.
- Experience analyzing portal-content usage data and developing recommendations.
- Experience conducting site quality reviews against content, brand, and publishing standards.
- Experience providing technical guidance or quality feedback to analysts.
- Experience using enterprise knowledge-management or media platforms, including Brainshark or Brightcove.
- Experience applying search engine optimization (SEO) practices to web content.
