Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Inside Sales Executive (Fresher) to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for client communication, and supporting the sales process. Candidates with basic knowledge of accounting concepts will be preferred.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Manage leads through calls, emails, and online platforms.
- Maintain and update customer data in CRM systems.
- Communicate with potential clients to understand their requirements.
- Explain product/service features and benefits clearly to prospects.
- Schedule meetings or demos for the sales team.
- Follow up with leads and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Support the sales team in achieving daily and monthly targets.
- Participate in team meetings and training sessions.
- Learn and stay updated about the company’s products/services.
- Bachelor’s degree (B.Com, BBA, or related field preferred).
- Fresher or up to 6 months of experience in sales or customer handling.
- Basic knowledge of accounting concepts (e.g., GST, invoices, billing).
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic understanding of MS Office and CRM tools.
- Strong willingness to learn and grow in sales.
- Positive attitude and team player.
