Senior Executive - Training Operations

· Development of training content digitally and developing computer-based training

programs using Articulate 360.

· Multimedia & Video Editing of the training material.

· Design training material on in-house portal AIMS and Adobe Illustrator.

· Designing and formatting standardized training presentations for all courses

conducted at AE Global training centers.

ROLES ACCOUNTABILITIES

Spearhead the development and enhancement of eLearning CBT (Computer-Based

Training) modules using Articulate 360.

· Design and customize AE-branded training presentations material, ensuring consistency

with corporate branding standards while effectively supporting diverse training

requirements across multiple courses & update a wide range of course-specific training

material.

· Develop and create brand specific corporate invitations, flyers, tags, standees, banners,

and mementos, course-specific flyers and promotional materials using Adobe InDesign ensuring consistent adherence to Anglo-Eastern branding standards across all communications, enhancing visibility and outreach. · Lead the design and development of AEMTC promotional and marketing materials for advertisements, publications, and digital campaigns, enhancing brand visibility and stakeholder engagement. Design display units, event branding, and advertising content for seminars, conferences, meetings, and corporate events, contributing to a professional and impactful organizational presence. Produce vendor-ready print media artworks using latest software. · Develop training and technical content by using Adobe Illustrator. · Prepare and populate data on AEMTC website, as per requirement. · Introduce and integrate QR-code-enabled materials to improve accessibility to digital resources, registrations, and event information, enhancing user engagement and operational efficiency. Design and manage Google Forms and Microsoft Forms for registrations, feedback collection, surveys, assessments, and administrative processes, streamlining data collection. · Create booklets for AE Business units, incorporating necessary revisions on a timely basis into comprehensive guidance booklets using Adobe Illustrator · Edit videos include online course recordings, meetings, and internal presentations using Adobe Premier Pro. Secure, edit, and export documents to various formats including Word and Excel for sharing and use in training. · Perform various activities on photoshop and similar application software. · Upkeep the relevant data in the prescribed format on AIMS (Anglo -Eastern Institute Management System).

PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION

Holding a bachelor's degree of any stream from a recognized university

· 2 or more years of experience in Graphic designing.
