Role Description This is a full-time on-site role based in Anand for Professor, Associate Professor, and Assistant Professor positions in Management. The role involves delivering lectures, seminars, and tutorials in various areas of Management, and preparing and updating course materials aligned with academic standards. The faculty member will guide and mentor students, supervise projects and dissertations, and support internships and industry interactions. Responsibilities include conducting research, publishing in peer-reviewed journals, participating in academic and administrative committees, and contributing to accreditation and quality assurance activities. The role also involves engaging in outreach, attending conferences and workshops, and supporting the overall academic mission of CVM University.

Qualifications

• Advanced academic preparation in Management or a closely related discipline (preferably Ph.D. or equivalent, with relevant teaching and research experience).
• Demonstrated ability to teach core and elective Management courses effectively at undergraduate and postgraduate levels.
• Strong research orientation with a record of publications, conference presentations, or ongoing research projects.
• Excellent communication, classroom management, and mentoring skills, with the ability to support diverse learners.
• Familiarity with modern pedagogical tools, learning management systems, and outcome-based education practices.
