Role Overview: We are looking for an experienced Power Platform and Microsoft 365 Developer to support the design, development, enhancement, and deployment of a Canvas App Power Apps solution with associated Power Automate workflows. The resource will work closely with project technical SMEs to detail, validate, and translate business requirements into practical technical implementation within the Microsoft 365 and SharePoint Online ecosystem.
Your future duties and responsibilities
Core Technical Skills
- Design, develop, test, and maintain Canvas Apps using Microsoft Power Apps.
- Develop robust Power Automate flows using appropriate triggers, actions, conditions, approvals, error handling, and integration patterns.
- Work with project technical SMEs to detail out, validate, and refine requirements before implementation.
- Translate functional requirements into scalable technical designs and working application components.
- Build and support integrations with SharePoint Online, SharePoint REST APIs, SharePoint Search REST APIs, and Microsoft Graph APIs.
- Design intuitive and easy to use Canvas App screens that guide users through the configuration process step by step.
- Build logic within the app to dynamically generate complex KQL queries based on user selected configurations.
- Develop and refine KQL based queries to support search and retrieval scenarios.
- Use Shell Hub Search experience and knowledge to support search related requirements and validation.
- Support ALM pipeline-based deployments across Development, QA, and production environments.
- Troubleshoot application, automation, API, search, and deployment issues during delivery.
- Prepare and maintain technical documentation, configuration notes, and handover details.

Power Apps Canvas App development; strong Power Automate development with good understanding of triggers, actions, controls, approvals, conditions, expressions, and error handling.
Microsoft 365
Working knowledge of M365 workloads and integration patterns within enterprise environments.
SharePoint Online
SharePoint Online development and configuration experience, including list/library based solution patterns.
APIs and Integration
Hands on experience with SharePoint REST APIs, SharePoint Search REST APIs, and Microsoft Graph APIs.
Search and KQL
Well versed with KQL queries and search driven solution scenarios.
Shell Hub Search
Experience using Shell Hub Search and applying search knowledge to validate business and technical requirements.
ALM and Deployment
Experience with ALM pipeline-based deployment for Power Platform solutions.
Preferred / Good To Have Knowledge
- General understanding of retention labels and label definitions.
- Good to have knowledge of Shell Records Management processes and terminology.
- Awareness of information governance, records management, and compliance-oriented document lifecycle concepts.
- Hands on developer who can independently build, test, and troubleshoot Power Platform solutions.
- Comfortable working with technical SMEs to clarify open requirements and validate solution behavior.
- Strong analytical mindset with ability to work through search, API, and automation related issues.
- Able to communicate technical decisions clearly and maintain delivery focused documentation.
Education Qualification: Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field or higher with minimum 5 years of relevant experience.
