● Work Mode: Work from Office (No cab facility provided)
● Shift Timing: Night Shift | Monday to Friday (7:00 PM to 4:30 AM IST)
● Notice Period: Immediate Joiners (Joining timeline within 1 week)

Compensation & Benefits
● Fixed Salary: ₹2,53,200 Per Annum
● Retention Bonus: ₹1,00,000 Yearly Bonus (payable upon completion of 21 months)

Key Responsibilities
● Collaborate with senior recruiters to review and understand US client job requirements.
● Source potential candidates using job portals, LinkedIn, social media, networking, and
referrals.
● Conduct initial screenings to evaluate candidate qualifications, technical alignment, and
cultural fit.
● Schedule interviews and manage end-to-end coordination between candidates and
clients.
● Maintain accurate recruitment trackers and candidate records within the database.
● Develop an understanding of US recruitment regulations, visa types, and market trends.

Eligibility Criteria
● Bachelor's degree in any discipline (HR or Business backgrounds preferred).
● Exceptional verbal and written English communication skills.
● Mandatory willingness to work permanent night shifts aligned with US time zones.
● Basic familiarity with LinkedIn, major job boards, and social media tools.
● Strong organizational skills with a target-driven mindset.
